Grew up on a cold cut sub.
Moved to London. Couldn't find one.

If you grew up near a proper deli, you know it's the building block of the weekend. A number 7, wrapped in white paper, eaten on a stoop or in the park. We've spent two years sourcing seeded rolls that crack the right way, proper cheddar with bite, and long hots in oil.

The Sandwich is a delivery-only kitchen serving Primrose Hill first. Order a sandwich, we'll walk it out to wherever your blanket is.

We launch with five. All served on house-baked seeded rolls, wrapped in white paper, cut on an angle. The way it should be.

    Pepper turkey, bacon, melted cheddar, Russian dressing on a toasted long roll.
